Products in stock

All the products available on MonCoinSanté are really in stock. This is why we can send your order very fast, sometimes on the same day.

We must be honest and a human mistake or a stock problem can happen. Fortunately it is not often. In this case we directly contact you in order to find a solution together.

Quality and discreet package

All our orders are prepared with atention and care by our team. Sensible products are packed with bublle in order to guarantee the best preservation during transport.

Our packages are also discreet. Our boxes are made of recycled and classic color cardboard. What is more, no mention of pharmacy or MonCoinSanté on the package in order to avoid temptation of theft.

Return / Refund

If a product does not match your needs or if you change your mind you can return it to us with a delay of 14 days.

In order to do so please contact our customer service by email and give us your name, surname and number of parcel that you want to return. In order to be accepted, the returned products must be on their original state, not opened  and with the possibility to be sold again. Hygiene products, homéopathic products and drugs can not be returned, refunded or exchange. 

The refund we be done within fourteen working days when the product is received by MonCoinSanté and controled. The average time is normaly two days.

After sale service

The product you received does not work anymore ? You have a question ? No problem, it can happen and we are here to help you. Just contact us by email or by phone and we will tell you how to proceed ( return to us, to the  Pour cela il vous suffit de nous contacter, soit par email, soit par téléphone. En fonction du type d'appareil ou de la panne, nous vous indiquerons la démarche à suivre (retour chez MonCoinSanté, ou bien directement chez le frabriquant).
